They are all very nice!!!! But as someone who doesn’t do flowers, the shrubbery of House Number 3 really appeals to me, although I might be tempted to trim it about the one window there. I also like the way the garage is set back a bit. Gives it a longer look.
I agree with Shayera about house #1. I also like that there are so many trees around it. I agree with Kristie, too, about the garage and the shrubbery in #3. How far away are they from the closest bookstore?
I’d definitely go with house #1. I bought a house 2 years ago that had absolutely no landscaping, and boy do I regret that! (nothing like looking out your living room windows and seeing the elderly Brazilian folks next door sporting g-string “marble bag” bathing suits). Take my word for it- you WILL want privacy.
I would go with #1 though honestly, I toyed back and forth between them all. They are all very nice homes. I esp. like how the garage is set back in #3 but ultimately I’d pick #1. It’s just something about the house and the atmosphere that I love about that one.
They are all lovely – nice Yorkshire stone, but I vote #1. There looks to be a nice and private backyard space and the driveways, well, when the ice lays nice and think it will be hell to up or down on the others and you’ll be out there trying to salt it and instead slipping down on to the road.
Tough decision. I like #1 for the red garage door and the fence – makes it seem like it has a large yard. #2 is okay – too much like the neighbors’ houses though. And a little too close together. #3 I really like, though I’d probably re-landscape – the shrubbery covers up a bit too much of the view. #4 is my favorite, though I hope there’s a bigger yard in back. Yeah, #4 works for me.
