I hope it’s okay to show up and post–this review is so beautifully written and went right through my heart and said everything I’d like readers to get about it. It is a tale that’s very close to my heart, and just knowing that it’s actually going to FINALLY be out in the world is overwhelming. I love Isaiah as much as any character who has ever walked into my imagination.

Will it sell as well as my other books? I don’t know either. It’s a gamble, and I’m very pleased that Belle Bridge Books rolled the dice with me. I hope so. I hope it will sell many, many more…

This looks like it is a similar theme to Eyes of Silver, Eyes of Gold by Ellen O’Connell, which I really liked. It looks intensely emotional, which I love. I am putting it on my TBR list.

@Karen Scott: Sorry I can't loan it to you, Karen. I'd like to know how it does as well. Anecdotally, I added the book info to GoodReads and quite a few of my friends immediately put it on their wishlists or went and requested it, before I'd even said anything about it myself.

Now that sounds like an absolutely amazing book! The passages you quoted are stunning in their complexity and hooked me instantly.
