Do you remember when Mary Kate Olsen used to be a sweet, cute kid? How does Hollywood manage to change people so drastically? Where were her parents whilst this metamorphosis was occurring?
I think I’d end up flipping people off who kept taking pictures of me too. Hell, I’d probably do more than just flip them off. Just because she’s famous doesn’t mean she shouldn’t have SOME privacy. Obviously she’s just plain fed up. That’s the price of fame. No thanks.
Yeah, I would have to agree with you Anne. My comment was based solely on the fact that they look like death warmed over and do crazy things. I do however feel that it is none of our damn business and we should leave them alone.
Maili, you’re right of course, but I’d like to know where the parents were when this started.
Mel, you’re totally right, but I just don’t get, how she got to this very sad state, I hope she turns her life around, Drew Barrymore did it, so I guess she can too.
Anne, If I was famous and I found people taking unauthorised photographs of me, they’d have to get a restraining order, not the other way round (g)
Scott, usually I agree with the point that you just made, God knows I spend enough time feeling sorry for people in the public eye, but seeing as I’m a disagreable sort, I say that with fame comes a heavy price, the lack of privacy is something they have to live with, after all, being in the public eye was what put all that money in their fat bank accounts in the first place. Now I’m not saying that I agree with it, I really don’t, but it is a fact.
Anonymous, Katie Holmes? Really?
Jill, I think that behind every child star is a pushy parent, and Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen are no different (Paris doesn’t count cuz she doesn’t actually do anything) They are sometimes part of the problem.

Heroine will do that to you. (And that applies to all the pictures you posted.)

It wasn’t all Hollywood. It’s the media and the public as well. I’m still standing by this. 🙂

I’ve wondered where her parents are for years. And Paris Hilton. Hello! WHERE IS THE GIRL’S MOM. I know, I know, on her own reality show, sigh …

Scott, Really? Lindsay Lohan is on drugs?
