Where Is Giggles?

Posted in: Mrs Giggles Is MIA

OK, where is she? I tried Giggles.com, but her blog isn’t even listed there anymore.

Does anybody know where it’s moved to? And furthermore, how dare she move without prior warning! Hmmphh!

First, The Maili goes missing, now Giggles is gone. I’m not impressed. *Grumble, grumble.*

Has anybody at least heard from Maili?

Mrs. G. took the blog down because she doesn’t have time for the kind of bullshit she’s experienced recently. She just wants to do her reviews without the batshit crazy feedback she was getting from disgruntled romance writers. I’m paraphrasing what I read before the blog was removed.

It was somewhere on her website at some point (yes, I could be more vague) that she’s closed her blog because it’s becoming difficult for her to review books (“do her job”) because of flame wars with authors, fans, other reviewers, etc. (I’m paraphrasing to the best of my spotty memory here, so if I’m not 100% right, screw you). I believe it’s indefinitely closed until she decides what to do.

but the last time it was updated was the 7th April.

I just went to check out Mrs. Giggles, and she’s right where she’s always been. Last update was today, in fact.

It looks like she took down the Toilet Bowl portion of her site, and there’s what I think is a new intro explaining how she doesn’t give a rat’s ass what too-sensitive authors and their fangirls think.
