Where Are You From?

Friday, September 21, 2007
Posted in: East or West home is best

For the next week or so, my blogging is going to be sporadic, (TTG and I have bought a new house, so we’re packing and moving) if I blog at all, so in the event that I’m not back for a while, I thought I’d ask my readers to de-lurk (there are many of you out there) and tell me where y’all hail from.

I think the last time I asked this question was a couple of years ago, when TTG and I went to Florida for our hols, and I’m aware that my readership has shifted somewhat since then.

So, don’t be shy, come out and tell me where you call home.

Oh, and don’t worry if your city or town has been mentioned already, I still want to know!

Hi guys! I currently have no internet access at home until next week, which is a real bugger! I’m at the library at the moment, using their computers. God bless them.

The move went ok, no real mishaps, apart from dealing with TTG’s overly sensitive sibling.

I’ll be glad when it’s all over, but until then, I’ll continue practicing the art of walking on egg shells with said sibling. Damn I suck at this ‘sensitive soul’ business.

It’s much easier telling people to get a grip. (*big effing sigh*)

My side of the family have of course been perfect gems. *g*

Keep telling me where y’all are from!

    Ciao for now!

Hailing from the gentle flowing hills of Hampshire UK, I’ve lived in opposite surroundings for many years; a forested valley, nestled in the Beaufort Mountains on Vancouver Island, Canada

Good luck with the extended family, anyone with in-laws can relate.

I’ve never commented before and wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for the entertaining, enlightening, as well as thought provoking blog. You’re honesty and ability to see to through all of the lies or even insanity and remain true to your convictions is refreshing.
