I love the passion and conviction in her voice. Just love it.

I’ve never felt the need to cry because of a political speech before, but at least one tear escaped.

Maybe she should be president eh?

  • I haven’t been able to sit down and watch the speech, but I have heard many good things about it. But that’s not surprising. Anytime I have heard her speak, she impresses me more and more. (And not that this should really matter, but she’s an attractive woman, too.)

  • I’ve heard her speak before and thought for a long time that she is a wonderful orator. She has a definite, strong presence when publicly speaking.

It was a good speech and she delivered it well. The only thing that threw me off is that it was so unlike any of the speeches I’ve heard her give on C-Span or on the news that it left me wondering who the real Michelle Obama is. I understand what her role is/was and how the game is played; I guess I’d just trust the process more if the players kept true to themselves, warts and all, and let us choose based on that truth.

  • I blogged about it, too. It was fabulous.

I loved Hillary’s speech, too. I’m such a politics ho.

  • I hate politics…lol… I’m dreading the upcoming months just because I hate all the campaign commercials running, from the local clear up to the top.

I’ll follow more in the paper than I do on the news so I haven’t really ‘heard’ the speeches. I do have to say, the lady is very, very eloquent.

  • She made us all proud with the speech that she gave. I shed a few tears myself. This is a proud moment in our country’s history.

  • Her speech was amazing and moving. That she was even standing where she was is so historical and probably meant a lot to little girls of all races who now see living proof that the only limits are their dreams. Whether you stand behind Barack Obama or not, there’s no denying how very accomplished Michelle Obama is.

  • Both Michelle and Hillary made me wonder why a woman hasn’t been president. Damned impressive ladies, both. Even Geraldine Ferraro still has her act together and speaks quite articulately on a variety of issues.

I think the mens are skeered of us!

  • It was an awesome speech and she is an amazing woman. Barack is lucky to be married to such a lady. I’d vote for her in a second. 🙂
