  • *handing over pen and paper* Here, write some stories. That’ll keep you busy.

    What?

  • I guess I asked for that, huh? Can I plead illness for a few more days? This is kicking my tail.

  • *handing over some hot lemonade with honey* Here.

Yes, you can plead sick… but only for a few more days, don’t be thinking you can slack off indefinitely.

    😉

  • Uh… you can keep the lemonade. I’m almost done with a hot toddy and then I’m gonna try to sleep. Hot lemonade okay…hot coffee with a little bit of whiskey, cream and sugar, much better on the throat.

For me, the outcome of the election is/was, oddly enough, the least of my concern(s). I am just SOOOOO happy that all the related BS on both the national and local level is O V A H

  • I’m glad it is almost over. I say almost because here in Georgia we have to GO BACK TO THE POLLS on December 2 to vote (again) for our US Senator. Apparently there was a problem with the narrow margin between the two main candidates, so they are making us vote again. I am not sure what good this will be unless they think people will change their first vote. That doesn’t seem right.

I will say I am sooooo happy the barage of politcal ads are over.

I admit it; I’m a political and election junkie. I’m happy with the outcome of Presidential Race ’08, but … Oh dear. There goes so much of my day.
I think I developed a problem without realizing it.
