Yes. They’re getting rid of the Spice line and combining it with their HQN line.

Isn’t the HQN line the contemps like Victoria Dahl? And the Spice are the erotic. So how do those fit together?

What Katiebabs said. My guess is that the rising popularity of more explicit sexual content in mainstream romances published by HQN and Mira made the Spice line less relevant.
Spice Briefs still seem popular, though, as do Harlequin’s other novella lines.
