Went to see Hancock with some friends this weekend, and I have to say, I absolutely loved it. It obviously helps that Will Smith was the lead actor, but I liked Jason Bateman and Charlize Theron’s characters too.

I loved that Will was playing a bit of an anti-hero, and although I think he’s much more suited to good-guy roles, it was a nice departure to see him playing a despicable drunk.

I’m the smart-arse who always figures out the twists in films, and this one was no different. I figured this one out about five minutes before the reveal, but that didn’t spoil the film for me whatsoever. Saying that, Will Smith could have just stood there, and not said a word, and I would have been happy. That man is beyond scrumptious.

If you enjoy superhero films like yours truly, this one should tick all the boxes for you.
